Ble ble født i Stavanger i 1957, men har bosatt seg i Oslo. Han tok 3 år grafisk formgiving på Bergeland vgs med Herbert Thoma som lærer. Han har hatt separatutstillinger i bl.a. Global Art Venue, Seattle, USA;  Clodion Art Cafe, Oslo;  Cascade Gallery, London;  Galleri Gann, Sandnes;  Galeria B, Bratislava.  Medlem av Norske Billedkunstnere og Unge Kunstneres Samfunn.
